This document regulates the general terms and conditions of sale of the products marketed through the site (hereinafter “Site”) managed by ARTINÀ di Fiorito Monica .
Access to the Site and the purchase of products imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Object of the contract
These Terms and Conditions govern the online sale of handcrafted accessories , in particular hand-crafted Capodimonte porcelain cufflinks .
Each product is described in the relevant information sheets on the Site.
3. Product features
The products are handcrafted and made by hand.
For this reason, slight differences in shape, color or detail compared to the published images are to be considered characteristics of the uniqueness of the product and not defects of conformity .
The images are for illustrative purposes only.
4. Prices
All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT , unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping costs are indicated separately before order confirmation.
The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, provided that the customer will be charged the price indicated at the time of the order.
5. Purchase methods
The purchase is completed upon confirmation of the order and payment by the customer.
The customer undertakes to provide truthful and complete information necessary for the correct fulfillment of the order.
ARTINÀ reserves the right to refuse incomplete, incorrect, or suspicious orders.
6. Payment methods
The Site accepts the payment methods indicated during checkout (e.g. credit cards, electronic payment systems).
Payments are handled through secure platforms and ARTINÀ does not store payment data.
7. Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed within the times indicated on the Site.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary for reasons not attributable to the seller.
ARTINÀ is not responsible for delays due to force majeure or the courier in charge.
8. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

customized products or products made to the customer's specific request;

products damaged after delivery for reasons not attributable to the seller.
The product must be returned intact, unused and in its original packaging.
9. Returns and refunds
Once the return has been received and the product has been verified, the refund will be made within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated.
10. Legal guarantee
The products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Consumer Code.
Any defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery.
11. Responsibility
ARTINÀ is not responsible for:

indirect or consequential damages;

disruptions attributable to third parties or force majeure.
12. Intellectual property
All contents of the Site (texts, images, trademarks, designs) are the exclusive property of ARTINÀ di Fiorito Monica and may not be reproduced without written permission.
13. Applicable law and competent court
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law .
For any dispute, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer will have jurisdiction, if provided for by current legislation.
14. Changes to the Terms
ARTINÀ reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The changes will be effective from the date of publication on the Site.
